To the ASU Member Federation

Dear Federation,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, and the host Member, Chinese Taipei Skating Union, we sincerely invite you for the above-mentioned competition held from July 20-22, 2007 in TaipeiCity.

For your information that the above-mentioned competition was decided upon the ASU meeting in Changchun, China during the 6th Asian Winter Games and in order to comply with the ISU Regulation, we had revised the name of the competition and this was approved by ISU as well as ASU President, Mr. Chang.

As following is the Announcement together with the Forms. We invite you to send us the forms, respecting the deadlines indicated in the sheets. We send you also the hotel confirmation. Upon this competition, we will cover the local accommodation and transportation for one Team Leader and all the participating skaters. For those we don’t cover the costs (coaches, team officials, chaperons etc.), we kindly ask you to confirm if you will book the official hotel before June, 1st 2007, in order for us to secure your room and discounted rate.

Furthermore, the prize money of US$1,000, US$500 and US$300 will be awarded to the top 3 skaters. The prize money will be transferred to the National Association concerned immediately after the conclusion of the competition. The withholding taxes, if any, will be deducted according to our government's law.
